Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher).
• Do not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Payments and Refunds

Prices are displayed prior to checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on what you purchased, how much of the course has been consumed, and applicable consumer protection laws.

• Digital course access may be non-refundable once substantial content is accessed or downloaded.
• If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of access pending investigation.

Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription, it renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel in your account settings (where available) or by contacting support.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Abuse, harassment, or harmful conduct toward others.
• Scraping, automated access, probing, or load testing without written permission.
• Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or public sharing of course content.
• Attempting to bypass paywalls, DRM, access controls, or security features.
• Uploading malware, malicious code, or engaging in activities that disrupt platform availability.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your behavior creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, curriculum, videos, templates, materials, branding, and design elements provided through the Services are owned by FloraCore Academy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access content for personal, non-commercial learning.
• You may not copy, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit the content unless explicitly permitted.

5. User Content

If you submit content (e.g., assignments, feedback, comments), you represent you have the rights to do so and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You grant us a limited license to host, reproduce, and display your submissions for operating and improving the Services, including moderation and support, consistent with our platform operations.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

• Educational content is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
• Results may vary based on effort, experience, and market conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloraCore Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for others, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease. Certain provisions by their nature survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we do, we will update the version and “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
